Wastemobile at Lake Forest Park

   The King County Solid Waste Division's traveling Household Hazardous Wastemobile will visit Lake Forest Park Towne Center located at the intersection of Bothell Way NE (Hwy. 522) and NE Ballinger Way (Hwy. 104). The address is 17171 Bothell Way NE.

   Dates and hours for the Wastemobile are Feb. 5, 6, 7, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Feb. 12, 13, 14, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

   King County residents may drop off their cans of used paint, paint thinners, pesticides, automotive products, and car batteries at the Wastemobile at no charge. Materials can be disposed only when the Wastemobile is open for business.

   Materials such as mothballs, some flea remedies, nail polish remover, chlorine bleach, and oven and drain cleaners are also hazardous waste and residents are encouraged to bring these to the Wastemobile rather than putting them in the garbage.
