Valentine's Day activities

Valentine Sample at Columbia Winery

Columbia Winery will host a Valentine Sample featuring romantic music, chocolate samples, and wine tastings on Feb. 13 from noon to 3 p.m.

   The Northshore Sinfonia Orchestra will play romantic favorites, and Gosanka Chocolate Art will be offering chocolate delicacies made with European methods. The winery will also be offering samples of their red and white wines.

   The event is free, with no charge for music or the samples of chocolate and wine. Additional chocolates and wines will be available for purchase. Winery guests can also enter to win a romantic excursion for two on the Spirit of Washington Dinner Train.

Singing Valentines

   Members of the Pacific Sound Chorus of Sweet Adelines International will be delivering Singing Valentines in King County on Feb. 12, 13, and 14.

   Women's quartets from the 150-member award-winning chorus will surprise lucky recipients all over the greater Seattle area with two songs and a flower. Also included is a hand-delivered card.

Valentine dinner at Lowell-Hunt
