ASL event at Cedar Park Christian

   Cedar Park Christian will hold its second annual American Sign Language (ASL) Event on March 5 at 6:30 p.m. The evening will begin with songs signed by Cedar Park American Sign Language students. Master of ceremonies will be Bill Rennie, a California deaf comedian, who will also perform his one-man show, "Nobody Famous." The event is to educate the public about deaf awareness and deaf culture and will benefit the ASL department at Cedar Park. The school is located at 16300 112th Ave. NE, Bothell. Welcome Wagon to host a coffee

   The Welcome Wagon Club of the Eastside is having a coffee on Wednesday, March 3, at 10 a.m. Newcomers and old neighbors alike are invited to the get-together at the Sammamish Valley Grange building. For more information, call Susan at 425-836-3251.
