On Tuesday, April 6, the River Run Cafe in Carnation will be holding a Blue Plate Benefit Dinner for Bob Andrealli. The dinner will begin at 5 p.m. and last as long as the food does. All profits from the dinner will go to the Bob Andrealli fund.

Diners can select from the Blue Plate Dinner menu which includes River Run pot roast served with caramelized onion, mashed potatoes and gravy, and fresh vegetables; roasted vegetable lasagna with crisp dinner salad; southern fried chicken with caramelized onion, mashed potatoes and gravy, and fresh vegetables; or half-pound gourmet burger with cheese, bacon, grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, pickle, and French fries. Prices are $10.95 for adults and $4.95 for a special kids' menu.

Residents of the town of Carnation have organized to help Andrealli after his home was condemned. Volunteers have offered to repair his house and clean the property.
