Beginning April 30, FrameWright Gallery in downtown Bothell will host a five-week exhibit of colored pencil art, entitled "Spring Into Color." Twenty-eight members of the Seattle Chapter of the Colored Pencil Society of America are participating in the show.
Artists will include: Suzanne Albright, Lenore Barnett, Elaine Bassett, Pamela Belcher, Judith Prowse Buskirk, Anne de Mille Flood, Cissy Gray, Gary Greene, Helen Haynes, Heidi J. Klippert Lindberg, Anne Kullbert, Wendy Lane, Gail McLaine, Barbara Newton, Rita M. Nicoll, Paula Parks, Melissa Penic, Sheila Ralston, Heidi Rose, Kristen Simmonds, Shirley Stallings, Iris Stripling, Thomas M. Thayer, Jr., Sheila Theodoratos, Sharon Tietjan-Pratt, Kristin Warner-Ahlf, Fara Mazzola Wexler, and Pam Whyman.
The public is invited to meet the artists at the opening reception Friday, April 30, from 5-8 p.m. Gary Greene, Woodinville artist and author, will autograph his new book on colored pencil art.
