Evergreen offers free shots for children

Evergreen's Health Care Access Program is sponsoring a free immunization clinic for children ages 4-12 years who reside in the Northshore and Lake Washington school districts. The clinic takes place Saturday, May 1, from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Evergreen Hospital Auditorium (12040 NE 128th Street, Kirkland).

Immunizations available include Polio, DtaP, DTP, and Td, in addition to the Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine required for entry into the sixth grade. A parent or legal guardian must accompany each child, and should bring along the child's immunization record card. One will be provided if you don't have one.

Appointments are recommended; call the Evergreen Health Line at 425-899-3000.
