Two years after a fire destroyed the well-known restaurant on a farm in Fall City, it will again be serving the nine-course dinners that brought it fame with patrons and the national food media. The restaurant, which will be based in Hedges Wine Cellar in Issaquah, will again serve a four-to-five-hour 9-course menu with changing weekly themes.
The Herbfarm serves only the seasonal and regional foods and wines of the Pacific Northwest. Owner Ron Zimmerman said patrons should try to make their reservations early, adding that virtually all of the staff of the restaurant will be returning to take up where they left off.
