Residents deserve to breathe clean air

I am a resident of Holly Hills in Bothell. We have lived with the smell of sewage in the area for twelve years. We have contacted the city many times during this period and have been given the run-around each time. They've used every excuse possible to justify doing nothing.

The city workers who have come out to smoke test the lines have admitted that the facilities for this area are outdated and inadequate. As taxpaying citizens, what can we do about this? We deserve to breathe clean air like any other citizen.
