Blood drive at Franciscan Care Center

   The Franciscan Care Center in Bothell will be the site of a blood drive when a donation bus will be in the front parking lot on Friday, June 18, from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and again from 1:15 to 3:45 p.m. There will be homemade cookies and a small gift for each donor. Madison House celebrates anniversary

   Madison House Retirement Community will celebrate its 21st anniversary with an open house on Saturday, June 19, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Featured will be a vintage auto show, strolling banjos, a barbecue, tours, and seminars. Women and Investing seminar

   Women and Investing will be the subject of an Edward Jones seminar June 24 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Woodinville Library, 17105 Avondale Rd. NE. The seminar is free, but space is limited. To make a reservation, call (425) 487-0206.

Blood drive at Wooden Cross

   The Cottage Lake Cluster of Churches will hold a blood drive on June 22. Site of the drive will be Wooden Cross Lutheran Church, 17401 198th Ave. NE, Woodinville. Times are 2 p.m. to 4:15, and following a break from 5 to 8 p.m. For information and to sign up, call Scott Kimball, 881-7706.
