Summer concert series at Woodinville Parks

The 1999 Summer Concert Series continues with a performance by Kosher Red Hots on Thursday, July 8, at noon in DeYoung Park in downtown Woodinville. The lunchtime concert is free and open to the public.

Kosher Red Hots blend the exuberant folk music of the Yiddish and the Latino traditions with theatrical charm and classical artistry. They present whirlwind dance tunes, traditional melodies, folk songs, and popular renditions of Yiddish music.

DeYoung Park is located at 13680 NE 175th St. in Woodinville, across from Molbak's. The concerts are sponsored by Dennis and Deborah DeYoung and Woodinville Parks & Recreation.

The series continues every Thursday through July and August. Concert brochures are available at local libraries and at City Hall. Call 425-489-2700 for information.
