Ramblin' Rec continues through August

   Ramblin' Rec continues through the end of August. This is a free program for elementary school-age children. Featured are games, sports activities, arts and crafts, and more.

   Locations and times are: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Frank Love Elementary and Brickyard Road Park; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Woodin Elementary and Volunteer Park; and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3p.m. at Shelton View Elementary.

   This is a free drop-in program. Children may come and go anytime throughout the event. Parents are responsible if a child leaves an activity early.

   A Funtasia trip for junior high-age students is planned for August. Teens will leave the Bothell City Hall on Aug. 4 at noon. Bring money for games and a snack. Transportation provided by the Bothell Parks & Rec. Dept. Fee is $5. Pre-registration is required.
