DUVALL--Riverview Plaza, "a significant retail and office addition to downtown Duvall, will soon be under construction," said Zed Long, of Zedco Investment Group, L.L.C., the owner and developer.

"I am looking forward to the addition of Riverview Plaza to the downtown area, and am excited to be contributing to Duvall's future and happy to be a part of its growth," he said.

Riverview Plaza, located on the west side of Main Street at the intersection with Ring Street, will contain 15,000 square feet of business and professional offices on the upper level, 14,000 square feet of retail shops and services on the mall level, and 14,000 square feet of mini-storage on the lower level.

The building will provide sweeping views of the Snoqualmie River Valley and will be within short walking distance to other businesses and services in the downtown portion of Duvall. There will be ample parking with 106 parking stalls, including five handicap stalls and easy access with a looped driveway that encircles the building.

The building will have an elevator to serve all floors, a gabled metal roof with decorative cupola vents, and an entry lobby on each floor. It has been designed to blend into the community with forms complimentary to the surroundings of Duvall.

The development was designed by Steven P. Elkins, Architects, Bellevue, and marketing and leasing will be handled by David Porter, CCIM, Coldwell Banker Commercial Bain Associates, in Everett. For information, call 425-347-6817.
