October events at Molbak's in Woodinville

   October events at Molbak's begin Friday, Oct 2 at 9:30 a.m. with Autumn Tints and Fall Fires in the Garden. Richard Hartlage showcases plants that provide incredible landscape color and extend the season into early winter.

   Fall and Winter Care of Fruit Trees will be covered on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 9:30 a.m.

   A Holiday and Home and Tree Decorating Seminar with Jim Marvin will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m.

   Trained experts will be on hand for the Master Recycler Composter event on Saturday Oct. 2 and Oct. 16 from 10 a.m. to noon.

   Sunday special events begin with A Colorful Fall Container Demo set for Oct. 3, 17, and 24 from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

   Harvesting and Drying Herbs is planned for Oct. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

   Molbak's annual Floral Fairyland production of "King Midas and the Golden Touch" will be presented Thursdays, Oct. 7, 14, and 21 at 5 and 7 p.m.; Fridays, Oct. 8, 15, and 22, also at 5 and 7 p.m.; Saturdays, Oct. 9, 16, and 23 at 4, 5:30, and 7 p.m; and Sundays, Oct. 10, 17, and 24 at 11:30 a.m., 2, 4, and 5:30 p.m.
