Linens n' Things coming to Woodinville

Eddie Bauer to open Nov. 5

Downtown Woodinville L.L.C. (Limited Liability Corporation) has announced the signing of a lease with Linens n' Things for a new 35,000-square-foot store at the downtown Woodinville project. The new store will be located immediately north of PetsMart.

"The remainder of the west side of the project will be built out by the construction of Linens n' Things," said Chuck Hart, executive vice president for TRF Pacific, Inc.

What is left, approximately 25-30,000 sq. ft., will front the parking lot and existing patio. The patio will be expanded between the north end, the new construction, and the existing tenants, which are Nordic Sport Haus, Barnes & Noble, and Party Universe.

Construction on the new store is expected to begin in late fall of this year with the store opening in the summer of 2000.

In other construction news, the new Eddie Bauer Outlet store will open Nov. 5. Eddie Bauer, together with Linens n' Things, will bring the total square footage of the project to approximately 420,000 sq. ft., which is about ninety percent complete.

There remains 50,000 sq. ft. of buildings to be constructed next to Cineplex Odeon and along 140th Ave. NE between Target and the theatre. It is anticipated the project will be completed by fall of 2000.
