Access Van Service needs to solve scheduling problems

Mrs. Eleanor Wallis wrote a very touching letter a few weeks ago regarding timing problems with the Access Van Service for disabled people.

I visited Mrs. Wallis recently and I found a very vital, mentally energetic lady who volunteers in the Woodinville community. She requires a van service to accommodate her electric wheelchair. A car cannot transport the chair.

The Access Van is a great and necessary service for disabled of all ages, according to Mrs. Wallis. When it operates in a timely manner, it is a godsend for many people. Hopefully, the Transit authorities will find solutions to these serious scheduling problems.
