Kingdome group tours

The Kingdome is offering groups of 25 or more a last-look tour of the stadium for the flat rate of $1.75 per person. Pre-schoolers through seniors can see the facility on the excursion that will take them from the 300 level to field level. The private tours include complimentary admission for chaperones.

Several new stops have been added to the tour route. Since the Mariners left for Safeco Field in mid-July, the tour now includes a visit to the former M's Clubhouse. From the 300 level ramp, tour takers can view Safeco Field and the exhibition center under construction. A new souvenir gift shop, featuring Kingdome items only, will be open at the end of each tour. To view gift shop items, check www.kingdome.org.

The Kingdome tour also includes a stop on the field, a visit to the press box, and to the Kingdome Sports Museum, featuring the Royal Brougham Collection. A video is shown which highlights the sports and entertainment of the Kingdome's 23-year history.
To schedule a tour, call the Kingdome Tours Office at 206-296-3128. The tour accommodates wheelchairs and strollers. Cameras are encouraged.
