Esoterics to perform at Bastyr

   The Esoterics will perform Beata, a sacred spectacle of movement, music, and meditation, at Bastyr University Chapel on Friday, Dec. 17, at 8 p.m. The chapel is located at 14500 Juanita Dr. NE in Kenmore. For directions, parking, and ticket reservations, call (206) 344-3327.

'Christmas Burst Into Beauty'

   An all-new Christmas Burst Into Beauty Christmas pageant will be presented at eleven free performances by Washington Cathedral starting Monday, Dec. 20-24, in the sanctuary at 123000 Woodinville-Redmond Road NE. Performance times for the free pageant are 6 and 8 p.m. each night, with a special 11:30 p.m. performance on Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24th. Gospel singer to appear at Cathedral

   Gospel songstress Vanessa Love will participate in worship services on Saturday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 19, at 9, 10:15, and 11:45 a.m. Love, a gospel vocalist and songwriter, has been creating music since 1987.
