StoryBook Theatre presents 'Three Little Pigs'

StoryBook Theatre is back with The Three Little Pigs, another hilarious, offbeat, and slightly demented musical fairytales for very young audiences--ages three through nine--and their families.

StoryBook Theatre presents 55-minute musicals which are specifically created for young audiences, but also include bits intended to keep adults entertained, as well. The adaptations are always suitable for even the youngest children--lots of action and fun, nobody is ever killed, and the productions are never too scary.

The performers are adult professional actors, who are accompanied by an onstage musician. The productions encourage the young audience members to participate through voice, movement, and imagination--and after the play, the actors answer questions from the audience.

The Three Little Pigs will be performed at Kirkland Performance Center, January 22-30. The production will be at the PUD Auditorium in Everett on February 5, 12, and 13. Saturday performances are at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and on Sunday, the shows are at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. All tickets are $7. For tickets in Kirkland, call the Kirkland Performance Center box office at 425-893-9900. For tickets in Everett, call Studio East at (toll-free) 1-877-827-1100 or 425-827-3123.
