Bothell Parks & Rec. activities

   A Mother/Daughter Scrapbooking Class will be held on Thurs., Feb. 17, 6-8 p.m., at the Adult Day Care Center (9929 NE 180th, Bothell).

   An Adult/Pediatric CPR Class will be held on Saturday, Feb. 19, 9 a.m.-noon, at Bothell's downtown firehouse located at 10726 Beardslee Blvd. Class fee is $20/person.

   Mid-Winter Break Camp Bothell: Campers will explore winter vacations, Feb. 22-25. Each day will focus on a new location, with crafts, science experiments, and snacks relating to that destination: Tuesday, Feb. 22, Disneyland will be explored; Wed., Feb. 23rd, it's skiing at Whistler, BC; Thurs., Feb. 24th, campers set off to the moon; and Friday, Feb. 25th, it's a Hawaii and swimming at the Northshore Pool. Camp is held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Anderson School Cafeteria, with before and after care available. Cost is $119/week or $32/day, plus $3/day for before care and $3/day for after care. Pre-registration is required.

   I'm Peer-Proof, for kids in grades 4-6, teaches youth about being a good friend and making good friends. Classes will be held Feb. 24-25 from 9 a.m.-noon at Ricketts Room #23. Class fee for this two-day course is $19/person. Pre-registration is required.

   Count On Me Kids, for children in grades 1-3, teaches lessons about self-esteem, friendship, safety, peer interactions, and healthy habits. Classes will be held Feb. 24-25, 1-3 p.m., at Rickett's Room #23. Cost is $15/person. Pre-registration is required.

   Beauty Basics for Girls, for girls ages 13-18: this hands-on class will teach the importance of developing good skin care and beauty practices. Class will be held Feb. 23, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
