Volunteers needed for Eastside Fire & Rescue

   Eastside Fire & Rescue is looking for energetic, community-minded neighbors who are willing to assist with the delivery of emergency services.

   The testing for new reserves (volunteers) will be held on Saturday, March 4, at 8 a.m. at the fire station at 175 Newport Way in Issaquah. Applications may be obtained at any Eastside Fire & Rescue station.

   Of the 14 stations managed by Eastside Fire & Rescue, six of them are staffed entirely by reserve firefighters and EMS (emergency medical services) responders. Minimum age to apply is 18. Applicants must have good driving records and live within the district boundaries.
