Army recruiting stations offer voter registration

U.S. citizens wishing to register to vote may now visit a U.S. Army Recruiting Station for forms and voter registration assistance.

As part of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, armed forces recruiting stations are among the locations where citizens may obtain and fill out voter registration applications. Citizens may elect to take the application home to be filled out, or accomplish the task in the recruiting station. The citizen may request that recruiting stations personnel mail the application to the appropriate state agency.

Contact the local recruiting station at 14134 Woodinville-Duvall Rd., Suite D-2, Woodinville. For details and information, call (425) 486-3725.
