Easter at Stillwater Church

   Stillwater Hill Community Church in Duvall celebrates Easter with a musical drama. Performances will be held on Saturday, April 22, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, April 23, at 10:45 a.m. This heartwarming musical drama will bring the love of Jesus to life this Easter season. Coalition Against Treemont Development

Redefining workshops

Junior football and cheer registration

   Sno-Valley Vikings junior football and cheer squad registration for boys and girls ages 7-14 will take place on Saturday, May 6, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Carnation Fire Hall, and Saturday, May 13, 10-4 at North Bend Train Depot. For information, call 425-888-0583.

Moonvalley Yoga begins new sessions

   Moonvalley Yoga, at 3946 Tolt Avenue in Carnation, begins their spring/summer session effective April 9. Over 22 classes a week will be offered, including a wide variety of general yoga classes, along with pre- and post-natal yoga. Classes are ongoing and can be started anytime. Naturopath will speak

Camlann Medieval Faire

Friends of Youth classes

   Effective Parenting of Teens: A free 6-week parenting class for parents of youth, ages 13 to 18. Learn mutual respect, positive discipline, and communication skills.    Strengthening Families: A free 4-week series of presentations for the parents of elementary age students. Childcare provided with advance notice. Civic Club seeks donations for plant sale

   Separating those perennials? Thinning that flowerbed? Duvall Civic Club is seeking donations of plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers for its annual Plant Sale to benefit the Duvall Public Library. Donations can be made by calling Sue Juhre at 425-788-7965, or Meg Cochran at 425-788-3887. Civic Club members will be happy to dig those plants or pot those flowers for you. The annual Plant Sale will be held Saturday, May 13.

Parent support groups

   A solo parent support group meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday at Duvall Family Center, part of Children's Services of Sno-Valley, 6:30-8 p.m. The open discussion group focuses on challenges and joys facing single parents. It provides a support network in a safe environment where parents can share and learn from one another. It will include guest speakers and off-site recreational activities on occasion. Registration set for Stillwater kindergarten

   Stillwater Elementary will hold their kindergarten registration and information session from 2-5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, in the school lunchroom. A kindergarten extended-day program is available. The kindergarten teachers will be hosting informational booths.
