WRT's 'Brighton Beach Memoirs' continues run

   The Woodinville Repertory Theatre (WRT) production of Neil Simon's Brighton Beach Memoirs opened last Friday at the Inglemoor High School Theatre and will continue its run April 19-22, with performances each evening at 8 and a matinee at 2 p.m. on April 22. The play is suitable for mature audiences. The theatre is located at 15500 Simonds Rd. NE in Bothell. For information or tickets, call (425) 481-8502.

'Tom Sawyer' features Woodinville students

   Cast members of Studio East's production of Tom Sawyer include Woodinville students David Bander, Erin Ryan, Jillian O'Dannel, Sarah and Marissa Maurer, Lauren White, and Karen Amundson. Remaining performances are Friday, April 21, at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, April 22, at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Call 827-3123 for tickets.

Musical 'Rapunzel' opens

   StoryBook Theatre's production of Rapunzel will open April 22 at 3 p.m. and run through April 30 at the Kirkland Performance Center. The happily-ever-after musical is for children ages 3-9 and their families.The show is 55 minutes in length, and young audience members are encouraged to participate. On Saturdays, the show will be at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and on Sundays at 1 and 3 p.m. All tickets are $7. For details, call 893-9900.
