"How do the Washingon State regulations support your child receiving special education services?" will be the topic at the May 3 meeting of SEPAC (Special Education Parent/Professional Advisory Council). The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Ricketts Auditorium, 18315 Bothell Way NE in Bothell. Free childcare is available by calling (425) 489-6311 by noon on May 1 to register.
'Take-a-Hike' on April 30
Do your part to combat breast cancer by participating in "Take-a-Hike," an 8k fundraiser for breast cancer research, on Sunday, April 30, beginning and ending at the Redhook Brewery in Woodinville. The event benefits the University of Washington Fund for Breast Cancer Research and the Expedition Inspiration Fund for Breast Cancer Research. Registration forms are available at REI, Redhook Brewery, Super Jock and Jill, Fast Lady Sports, and UW Medical Center's Cancer Center. 'Leaving a Family Legacy'
