Special recycling event comes to Bothell

   King County residents may bring their old tires, car batteries, reusable household items, and other hard-to-recycle items to a special recycling event on Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Inglemoor High School.

   From Bothell Way (SR-522), go south on 68th Avenue NE. Turn left on Simonds Road at the stoplight by Inglewood Golf Course. Inglemoor High School is at the top of the hill on the left.

   Acceptable items include car, truck, or marine batteries (no household or flashlight batteries); car or motorcycle tires (must be off rims and no larger than 18.5" in inner-circle diameter, limit 6); lawnmowers and bicycles with tires and all fluids removed; scrap metals, appliances, and household items in reusable condition.
