Baby animals have arrived at Remlinger Farms in Carnation

Remlinger Farms is celebrating the births of spring babies. Olivia the pygmy goat delivered two little darling daughters on May 6. Baby bunnies were born April 1 and 23, six in the first batch and seven in the second.

The proud Canadian honkers who nested in the pond under the carved eagle gave their four babies their first swim on May 1. Yellow cuddly baby ducks and chicks, along with two baby horses, are at the farm, as well.

All the animals will be on display for the prescheduled Spring School Tours from May 15 through May 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on weekends for drop-in guests at Remlinger Farms Family Fun Fair. The fair features all the farm animals, hand-led pony rides for the children, puppet shows with James and his marionettes, and authentic steam train rides with engineer Bob. A tractor-drawn wagon ride will be featured on the Spring Tour, along with pumpkin seed planting.

Spring Tours are $5 per person. To schedule your time, please call Remlinger Farms at 425-333-4135 or 425-451-8740.
