Final performance of '70, Girls, 70'

Discount carnival ride books

   The Monroe Chamber of Commerce has Discount Carnival Ride Ticket Books available now for the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe at the advance sale price of $10 for 28 ride coupons. This is a savings of up to 50 percent if purchased before Wednesday, Aug. 23. Tickets may be purchased at the chamber office located at 110 S. Lewis Street. Tickets will also be sold at the Marhanlo Shopping Center sidewalk sale on July 15th. Call 794-5488 for details.

Call for Betty Bowen award submissions

   The 2000 Betty Bowen Memorial Award is open to artists in 2D and 3D media who live in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
