Bret Butler

Butler selected to play in All-State baseball game

Bret Butler, soon to be a 2000 graduate of Woodinville High School, and a pitcher for the Falcons, was selected to play in the Washington All-State game in Wenatchee.

Butler, son of Sunny and Greg Butler, was selected by state coaches because of his successful Kingco season and his four-inning no-hit pitching performance in the Kingco All-Star game. He was one of only four players from the conference invited to the All-State baseball event.

During the season, Cal-Berkeley, Pepperdine, UPS, and USC recruited him, and he will attend the University of Southern California to further his college and baseball career.
