Blockers will be cited

   Drivers in Woodinville will be given citations to remind them to be courteous and not block intersections. "Do Not Block Intersection" signs have gone up at crowded cross streets. Sergeant Baxter (above) has taken to the streets to ticket discourteous culprits.

WHS student to be Junior Statesman

Dana Little

   Dana Little, a junior at Woodinville High School, has been accepted to the Junior Statesman Summer School at Georgetown University. She will be leaving for Washington, D.C. on July 9th.

Woodinville woman honored

   Rachel Young, 20, of Woodinville, was one of ten young people honored for her work in trying to improve the lives of migrant farm workers in the Yakima Valley region by the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee. The awards were presented June 25 in Nashville, Tennessee.
