Chocolate recipes needed

KCTS Television invites viewers to send in their favorite chocolate recipes for the next edition of KCTS Cooks. The special airs live on Saturday, September 9, at 3 p.m. A number of viewers who submit recipes will be invited to prepare their recipes live in front of the cameras. The recipes featured on-air, as well as additional recipes from KCTS views, will be collected in the KCTS Cooks: Chocolate cookbook. Recipes for any chocolate dish, sweet or savory, will be considered. Required information includes the viewer's name, street address, e-mail address (if applicable), and daytime phone number. Recipes may be mailed to KCTS Cooks, 401 Mercer Street, Seattle, WA 98109. Viewers may fax recipes to 206-443-6691 or e-mail them to cook@kcts.org. Entries must be received by July 28.
