A modest reply to Ms. Maxine Keeling's letter in your July 31st edition:
"Amendment process favors the big guys".
Ms Keeling asks: "What is it about the big guys that somehow results in their mammoth projects slipping through" ... while the little guy is "tie(d) up and down zone(d)"?
Ms Keeling, can you say: "Campaign Contributions"?
