Washington residents may ask questions about rail during live call-in TV show

Washington residents can ask questions, get information and voice their thoughts during a live, call-in TV show hosted by the Washington State Department of Transportation Rail Office. The show, The Future Is On Track, will air live on Thursday, Sept. 28 from 7 p.m to 8 p.m. on Cable Channel 12 (KBTC).
You are invited to tune in, learn about Amtrak Cascades and other state-supported rail programs, and call in with your questions and comments, toll-free. If you prefer to send your questions electronically, you can do so. You will be given the email address at the beginning of the show.
The show will feature a virtual tour of the sleek and comfortable Amtrak Cascades train. You will also learn about state-sponsored efforts to improve rail service, improve mobility for people and products, and to reduce congestion on our states' roads.
A taped version of the show will air repeatedly in the following weeks. The schedule of dates and times when it will be rebroadcast in your area follows.
   Oct. 5 and 12, 5 p.m. King County Civic Television, Channel 58, Oct. 2, 4, 9, & 11, 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Bellevue Community College, Channel 28.
