Wastemobile to visit Redmond

Toxic! Poisonous! Hazardous! If these words appear on a product label in your home, bring them to the King County Hazardous Wastemobile at the Bear Creek Park & Ride from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 13, 14 and 15 and October 20, 21, and 22.
The Wastemobile is an easy and free way to dispose of a variety of household hazardous waste.
Hazardous products found in the home include insecticides, weed killer, chlorine bleach, oven and drain cleaners, paint and paint thinners, car batteries, and motor oil.
Even common household items such as mothballs, nail polish remover, printing inks and some flea remedies are considered hazardous.
Residents can drop off their hazardous materials, during operation hours only, at no charge.
The Bear Creek Park & Ride is located at 7760 178th Place NE, near the intersection of Union Hill Road and NE 178th Place NE.
