Bothell police looking for missing 13-year-old

Bothell police are investigating the disappearance of a 13-year-old Bothell girl who was last seen leaving an Everett group home for teens on Sept. 24.
   According to an employee at the group home, the missing girl was seen leaving with another teen that morning, but neither girl returned by their 5 p.m. curfew. Bothell police are seeking the public's assistance in locating the 13-year old. The missing juvenile, identified as Cassandra Nicole Lipscy, is Caucasian, 5'-1", 176 pounds, with shoulder- length brown hair, brown eyes and pierced ears.
   Her mother reports that Cassandra is without medications that she must take to treat depression and other medical conditions.
   The Bothell police are investigating this as an Endangered Missing Persons case due to the juvenile's reported medical history.
