Goblins, ghosts and ghouls haunt Northshore

Safe Halloween Trick-or-Treating - Candy and other treats will be given out at 27 stores in the Woodinville Towne Center to trick-or-treaters on Halloween from noon to 5 p.m. Also, the first 500 children, 12 and under, will receive a free pumpkin flashlight, which can be picked up in the courtyard near QFC and Candy Garden.

Council appoints new Planning Commissioner

Kenmore's WOODINVILLE - On Oct. 16, the Woodinville City Council appointed downtown resident Sheri Zanger to fill a vacancy on the City's Planning Commission left when former Commissioner Gareth Grube was selected in August to serve on the City Council. Zanger's term expires July 1, 2003.
