CHS students recognized for WASL scores
In a recent assembly at Cedarcrest High School, 45 juniors were recognized for their scores on the WASL Test (Washington Assessment of Student Learning).
The test is given yearly to 4th-, 7th- and 10th-grade students who must meet state standards in reading, writing, math, and listening in order to graduate.
The following students met all four state standards: Emily Anderson, Christopher Ansell, Matthew Branthwaite, Erica Burch, Brianna Card, Robert Carrasco II, Daniel Devoille, Annie Ehler, Billy Filer, Brianne Foster, Jennifer Halton, Sarah Hensel, Seth Herzog, Morgan Jackson, Erin Kendig, Yingxuan Law, Kara Lawson, Rosalie Lebow, William Lockmiller, Jillinda Loechelt, Stacie Lousberg, Morgan Luce, Mallory Luemman, Randi Lyman, Maile Marshall, Megan McCoy, Janel McGinnis, Amber Mills, Jonathan Oaks, Lukas Parrish, Brandon Pickering, Brenton Pierce, Andrew Redmond, John Riley, Laura Ritscher, Rachel Salzs, Hannah Schmale, Katelyn Schnaible, Megan Sheets, Jordan Smith, Greta Smoke, Issac Sprague, Tony Stedman, Mary Strand, and Lindsey Strong.
