Account set up for victims of fire in south Everett

A special account has been set up for two of the families that were burned out of their homes at the Park Place Condominiums in Everett Monday evening, Dec.18. They fled from their homes with little more than the clothing they were wearing. Persons wishing to donate money to help the families recover from this sudden disaster may contact any Key Bank. The account is listed under the name of "Christy Whitaker."
   The Snohomish County Chapter of the American Red Cross is assisting all of the families that have been affected by this fire with items such as food, emergency housing, prescription medications, clothing. Mental health counseling is also available. A total of 21 people were affected by this devastating fire.
   The Red Cross is accepting monetary donations to help the victims of the fire at the Park Place Condominiums. Financial contributions can be mailed or delivered to: Snohomish County Chapter, American Red Cross, 2530 Lombard Avenue, Everett, WA 98021.
