Michael and Dee Gillespie of Gillespie Insurance Group recognized for outstanding service
Fall City residents Michael and Dee Gillespie, owners of Gillespie Insurance Group in Issaquah, were recently honored by Farmers Insurance Company for their achievement to Premier Agency status. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the husband-wife team has earned the designation.
The distinction is based on an agent's sales volume for auto, home and life products; high client retention; and outstanding overall customer service. Gillespie Insurance Group is among an elite group to achieve this status. They were selected from over 15,000 Farmers agents and district managers operating in 29 states.
"Michael and Dee have a proven track record of outstanding customer service," explained Steve Feely, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Farmers Insurance. "They join fellow agents as a member of this distinguished group."
Gillespie Insurance Group is located at 670 NW Gilman Blvd., Suite B-2, in Issaquah.
The Gillespies have been in the insurance business for 13 years.
Both agents have been consistently recognized for their outstanding service as Farmers Insurance agents. They are recipients of the Fast Start and Blue Vase Awards for early accomplishment with Farmers Insurance.
Their agency was inducted into the Farmers Insurance Topper's Achievement Club as one of the top agencies for overall professional service and production.
In addition, Michael attained the Life Round Table Award and the Blue Max Award in life insurance training and sales. Dee was honored with the Commercial Producer Award for business insurance training and sales. Michael is in the process of getting his securities licensing.
They are both natives of the Seattle area. Michael is a 1979 graduate of Renton High School and attended Green River College, where he played baseball. He is a past volunteer for DECA and currently serves as a Little League coach in Fall City.
Dee is a 1982 graduate of Sammamish High School and attended the University of Washington. She is a founding member of the Bellevue Business Exchange and a past board member of Mothers Against Drunk Driving of King County (MADD).
