Meeting to address harassment in schools
The next general membership meeting of the Woodinville High School PTSA will be held at 7 p.m. on Jan. 18 in the WHS library.
In keeping with this year's theme of school safety, the meeting will deal with bullying and harassment situations facing students every day. Deborah Drain, police officer from the Kirkland Community Resource Unit, will be the featured speaker. There will be a time for parents to talk to each other about these issues. Also, the FADE (Falcons Against Discrimination Everywhere) group is presenting information on the harassment survey that WHS students will take in January.
