Northshore Winter Safety Carnival planned for Jan. 31
NORTHSHORE - Is your family prepared to survive a disaster or major emergency such as an earthquake? Have you practiced a family escape plan should a fire break out in your house?
Find the answers at the first-ever Northshore Winter Safety Carnival to be held from 5 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at W.A. Anderson Building/Cafeteria, 18315 Bothell Way NE, Bothell.
Families are invited to attend the carnival to learn about numerous safety topics including: Emergency Preparedness, Fire and Life Safety, Crime Prevention, Personal Safety, Electrical Safety, Recreational Safety.
Each information booth will have a carnival game that teaches kids of all ages the importance of safety. Get a free picture with the Mariner Moose from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
