Still no suspects in Emert killing

WOODINVILLE - The Jan. 4 slaying of Mike Emert, the Eastside real estate agent stabbed to death in a Woodinville home he may have been showing to a prospective buyer, remains unsolved.
Despite numerous tips, police have not pieced together a motive nor zeroed in on any suspects.
Jeffrey John Solo, who walks with a limp and uses a cane, fits the description of a client Emert mentioned to his wife the day prior to his death. Solo continues to be a person of interest.
The local real estate industry has offered a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the killing.
Anyone with information that may help solve this crime is encouraged to contact the King County Sheriff's Office at (206) 296-3311 or by calling 911.
