What's your beef?
This year, contestants can enter their original beef recipes in the National Beef Cook-Off through the Web site - beefcooking.org, via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to: National Beef Cook-Off Entries, P.O. Box 440, San Francisco, CA 94101-0440. Entries must either be e-mailed or postmarked no later than March 31, 2001.
