Let's check our math
I'm out with three friends and we decide to order a pizza. Three of us put in $3 each and the other friend puts in $10.
When the change comes back, should we demand to split the change equally or should we give it to the person who put in $10? The answer is obvious.
The same logic should apply to any tax cut. Whoever pays the most in taxes should get the largest refund. It's only fair.
