Make a difference in a child's life

Eastside Healthy Start is offering training for new Parent Mentors, April 2, 3 and 4, from 5:30-9 p.m.
   Volunteers will be matched with a parent under the age of 22 who is pregnant or parenting an infant. Each mentor spends 3-6 hours per month for one year, supporting the needs of the family. No special skills or experience are required, other than have an open mind and room in your life to serve as a friend to a young parent.
