Lawmakers reschedule community meeting

Because of the recent earthquake and its impact on legislative schedules, lawmakers from the 1st District have changed the date for their town hall meeting to March 24. The meeting was originally set for this Saturday.
   State Sen. Rosemary McAuliffe, D-Bothell; Rep. Al O'Brien, D-Mountlake Terrace; and Rep. Jeanne Edwards, D-Bothell, will spend two hours with local residents to share their expectations of and concerns about this year's legislative session. They also will answer questions and listen to feedback from constituents.
   The meeting will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Northshore Senior Center, located at 10201 E. Riverside Drive in Bothell.
   The 1st legislative District encompasses Bothell, Brier, Kenmore, Kirkland, Lynwood, Mountlake Terrace and Woodinville.
