Six administrations have come and gone since Gloria Judd started working at City Hall.

The call for water conservation efforts by Seattle Public Utilities, provider of water to 1.3 million people in the Seattle area, made last week's Metropolitan King County Council Committee-of-the-Whole meeting especially relevant. The focus of the meeting was water reuse challenges and opportunities.
  

Tolt Treatment Facility means cleaner water

ON THE TOLT WATERSHED - The gathering was meant to be a celebration of the dedication of the Tolt Treatment Facility, the first of its kind in the region. The mayor of Seattle was expected to attend.
  

Tolt Dam passes post-quake inspection.

Seattle Public Utilities officials have announced that the Tolt Dam, water intake, Tolt Reservoir and other facilities showed no damage after the recent earthquake.
