Computer classes at the Woodinville Library

Introduction to the World Wide Web (beginning)
   This is a hands-on class for people who are beginners on the World Wide Web. Class size is small, and you must register in advance. Classes will be held Thursday, April 5, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 24, 10 to11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 10 to 11:30 a.m.
   Introduction to Excel
   This class is a brief introduction to using Microsoft Excel and is for people without spreadsheet experience. Bring a 3.5" floppy disk to class. Class size is small. Register in advance. Sign up for one of the classes below, and learn how to use Excel to make worksheets, charts and other projects on Tuesday, April 3, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
   Introduction to Excel: Lecture & Hands On
   This class starts with an Excel lecture and finishes with hands-on experience using Excel on the library's computers. This is an introduction to Excel and is intended for people with no spreadsheet experience. Bring a 3.5" disk to class. Saturday, April 28, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
   Advanced Excel
   This class requires previous experience using Excel or taking the class Introduction to Excel first. Learn advanced features of Microsoft Excel in this class. Friday, April 6, 10 to 11:30 a.m.
   Introduction to Word: Hands-on
   This class is a brief introduction to Microsoft Word and is intended for beginners. Bring a 3.5" disk to class. Sign up for one of the classes below and learn how to use Word to type letters, reports, and more. Friday, April 6, 1 to 2:30 p.m.
   Register in advance for these classes by calling the Woodinville Library (425) 788-0733. Class sizes are very small, with waiting lists, so please call to cancel a registration if necessary.
