Stedman is National Award Winner

The United States Achievement Academy has announced that Duvall resident Tony Stedman has been named a United States National Award winner in speech and drama.
This award is a prestigious honor. In fact, the Academy recognizes fewer than 10 percent of all American high school students.
Stedman, who attends Cedarcrest High School, was nominated for the award by Mrs. King, a teacher at the school. Stedman will appear in the United States Achievement Academy Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.
"Recognizing and supporting our youth is more important than ever before in America's history. Certainly, Academy winners should be congratulated ... for their dedication to excellence and achievement," said Dr. George Stevens, Executive Director of the United States Achievement Academy.
Tony is the son of Randy and Janice Stedman from Duvall and the grandson of Don and Gay Stedman of Concord, California.
