UW Bothell to host golf tournament
The University of Washington, Bothell will host its forth annual Scholarship Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 7, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the newly opened Washington National Golf Course in Auburn.
All proceeds from this tournament go toward scholarship funds for UWB students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement or have overcome significant barriers in academic endeavors. The tournament's format will be 9-hole, four-person scramble "Best Ball." All skill levels are welcome.Fees, which include greens fees, golf cart, putting green, prizes, and dinner, will be $250 per foursome, or $65 per current individual student or UWAA member. Cost for non-UWAA members will be $75. The cost of dinner is only $25. A Husky cart will be included with your registration, and other Pac10 golf carts will be available with early registration and an additional $10 fee toward the scholarship fund.
