CSSV Fall Early Childhood classes
Children's Services of Sno-Valley in Duvall will open a new preschool program for 3-year-olds beginning this fall. This enriching class is designed with children's multiple intelligences in mind. Children must be three by Aug. 31. For the younger child, CSSV continues to offer fun and exciting toddler classes for children ages 12 months to three years. Both classes take place at the Duvall office located at 15904 Main St. Preschool and toddler class open house to be held Thursday, June 21. The toddler class will be open for visiting from 10-noon, the preschool class is open 4-6 p.m. For registration information, call (425) 788-7924.
Friday Fun Night
Back by popular demand Eric Ode will perform at Friday Fun Night, June 8, 6:30-8 p.m. at Cherry Valley Elementary in Duvall. Bring the whole family down to see Eric's original homespun music and participate in this highly interactive musical event. $2 dessert will benefit the TAFT Youth Council. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This free fun night for families is co-sponsored by Friends of Youth, The Lower Valley Youth Programs, King County Park System, TAFT Youth Council, Children's Services of Sno-Valley and the King Co. Family Night of the Arts
Carnation Elementary PTSA will be sponsoring the 3rd annual Family Night of the Arts on Friday June 8, at 6:30 p.m. The evening features a live art auction hosted by auctioneer Jimmy Manuel. All items are created by the students or donated by local artists and crafters. The evening will also include music, a student art exhibit and dessert. The PTSA Art Appreciation program is dedicated to providing additional art experiences in the classroom and to introduce children to the works of influential artists. All proceeds will benefit art and music education at Carnation Elementary.
An open house and psychic fair will be held at Choices, a holistic resource center, at 20408 W. Snoqualmie Valley Rd. NE, Duvall, on Saturday, June 9, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mini workshops include Introduction to Reiki, Create Your Desires and Medicine Wheel. Events at Pumps & Grinds
Dave Press and friends will be performing at Pumps & Grinds on Friday, June 8. Their repertoire ranges from jazz, humorous blues, standards and originals. The monthly open mike will be Saturday, June 9. All performances start at 7:30 p.m. and there is a suggested donation of $5. Cherry Valley Riders Prize Ride

Soccer day camps
The Snoqualmie Valley Youth Soccer Association will be sponsoring three day camps this summer. Northwest Soccer Camp will be coming to Snoqualmie Elementary July 23-27. Singer Charlotte Vanderwolf in Fall City
Charlotte Vanderwolf, a folk and country blues singer, will perform Sunday, June 24, 4-7 p.m., at The Last Frontier Tavern in Fall City. Originally a modern and ballet dancer, Charlotte sutudied dance with many respected members of the dance community in her home country, Canada.
